Dawn, I have always loved Gene Tierney and her unusual beauty. Have you ever read the book "The Fountainhead"? I watched the move the other day with Patricia Neal as Dominique. She was good, but I couldn't help thinking that Gene Tierney would have been better in the part. The book describes Dominique as looking almost exactly like Gene, except for being blond. Even Gene's manner of acting is like the book's character. Just a little thought. Too bad she didn't have the part.
Becky, I think Gene Tierney playing the part of Dominique, would have been the perfect role for her. I have not read the book, The Fountainhead. I will add it to my list of "must reads". I loved the movie.
